mPACT delivers the most important voices and conversations on a topic, based on our patented and fully-configurable dISTIL™ scoring algorithms. You can search our database by topic and find relevant voices or you can start with voices you know and dig into what they're saying and what impact those conversations are having on the market.

mPACT utilizes multiple data sources – both internal and third party – to find voices and conversations wherever they occur on the Web. mPACT processes 26 TB (TeraBytes) of data per hour 24 hours per day, from multiple, redundant sources so you can be sure you’ll never miss a conversation that’s important to your business – no matter where it occurs online.

As every article, blog post or social media item is taken in to the mPACT database it is extensively indexed. mPACT captures the full text and then, in real time, captures keywords, extracts themes and builds biographical profiles of authors and publications. These profiles branch across different media realms, so you can see the full picture of an individual in a single profile; where they write and what they say, no matter where they say it.

mPACT immediately begins to analyze a voice’s impact by evaluating both the raw audience for each voice and the interactions that a voice has across the Web – comments, mentions, tweets, reposts, etc. Additionally, we evaluate the text of all articles for sentiment and other semantic criteria.
