Rosette Cataldo comes to mBLAST with over 18 years of sales and business development experience mostly within organizations that are in new or emerging markets.
Most recently, Rosette was the Vice President of Business Development for KMS Software Company where she was responsible for building a strategic
partner distribution channel and direct sales from the ground up. Rosette lead all KMS sales initiatives for six years and helped KMS become the selected
vendor of numerous well-known industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Rosette also quickly became dubbed as a subject matter expert in the topic of new
employee onboarding technology; a rapidly growing, HR market niche.
Prior to KMS, Rosette was Director of Business Development at Kenexa and also headed all partner initiatives at Webhire, Inc. In 2005, HR.com, one
of the HR industry’s leading research firms recognized Rosette’s efforts by identifying Webhire as having one of the best partnership strategies
of any Talent Management company. Webhire was acquired by Kenexa in 2006.
Prior to Webhire, Cataldo spent over four years with Elron Software, Inc. as Sr. Director of Worldwide Channel Sales. Under her leadership,
channel revenue grew over 100% in two years, which helped position Elron Software to be acquired in 2003 by Zix Corporation.
Having spent all of her professional career in both direct and channel management, Rosette has been an invited guest at numerous Channel specific
speaking engagements. Among them was Channel Focus North America, the largest and most respected conference for channel sales executives.
She earned her MBA, with a concentration in Strategic Management, from Boston College and has a Bachelors of Science in Business
Administration/Organizational Behavior from Boston University. Rosette is also a member of the Pingree School's Alumni Board.
